We offer a full array of active, passive and quantitative investment management as well as manager of managers, transition management and securities lending solutions for institutional investors. We take a consultative approach to assessing client needs and developing innovative investment solutions. These range from specific investment mandates across the capital market spectrum to investing and managing a client's entire portfolio. 1.Assisting with the reviews and analysis of investment data on external investment managers to formulate recommendations for program managers and clients.2.Senior Analyst's primary function is to prepare pre trade, post trade, risk analysis, portfolio evaluation, portfolio optimization and portfolio construction reports under the direction of strategist, portfolio manager or risk manager to analyse portfolios of potential and existing clients.3.Analyse the impact of data issues and drive to resolution, ensuring that corrections are made to the necessary systems4.Contributing towards developing a consistently applied and disciplined process to support all portfolio managers, wealth strategists and wealth management consultants5.Actively involve in the maintenance and moderation of the Monthly Metrics pack for the Management groups6.May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management7.Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees8.May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role)9.Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions10.Evaluates and makes recommendations on techniques, practices or technologies that would enhance data related business models and processes involved.11.Keep abreast of new and existing bank products / services and market trends in order to meet data related business unit and client needs •2-4 years or relevant experience in BFSI, BPO,KPO industry •Strong analytical skills and ability to provide investment recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative information, and to resolve and research enquiries and issues•Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines are required.•Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word), experience with macros/VBA a plus. Knowledge of returns based, positions based, and risk analysis software preferred•Good Process and procedure development skills•Graduate (preferably MBA or equivalent)•CFA / FRM / CIM is a plus•Good knowledge and understanding on investment reports and market questionnaire•Must have good interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility and foster excellent working relationships with internal and external partners•Work well with people in the same department, both locally and globally•Imagination to Excel: Initiate and support pragmatic innovation within the local business area and advocate to integrate the business into global standards and specifications •Ability to adapt quickly to change
