Overview of Initial Assignment
Brickendon Consulting have existing projects with a number of banks, asset managers & hedge funds firms across Poland where we have been engaged to provide teams of Analysts to deliver process, regulatory and optimisation change.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Manager will lead projects or assist Programme Managers to organize and lead projects from inception to closure
• Responsible for establishing relationships with key project stakeholders
• Plan, mobilize and deliver multiple workstreams of large scale and complex projects end-to-end Proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes and benefits
• Be flexible in approach to adopt client's Transformation Framework within the project and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Work closely with key delivery stakeholders to ensure alignment with the wider change portfolio
• Ensure effective and appropriate resource on the project team and form an effective project team, with the right blend of skills and good working relationships
Skills & Requirements
• At least 7+years of experience delivering and managing projects
• Understanding and prior experience working in banking and/or financial services industry
• Experience in delivering significant change and cooperating with stakeholders in different locations
• Experience in project tracking, reporting and governance
• Strong Stakeholders Management Skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of MS Office and Project Management tools
• Project management certifications (PMP, MSP, Prince 2 or Agile PM) are an advantage
