As part of TSG, the TSG Production Services team

• Maintains a secure and stable production environment for the Bank and Clients around the globe (including Database Network, Messaging, Voice and Video technology.)
• Monitors the Cyber Technology Operations Center (CTOC) 24x7x365 for real-time observation of the technology estate.

Designs, implements, integrates and supports various mainframe, mid-frame, distributed, web, and PC operating systems and ancillary products.Monitors infrastructure and respond to incidents, perform routine health checks and validations after changes or significant incidents, follows defined procedures for routine, low priority incident resolution.Escalate to second level infrastructure support for new or high priority incidents.Implement automation for routine tasks.May mentor or provide guidance for junior team members.Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectivesMODIFIED BASED UPON LOCAL REGULATIONS/REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required4 - 6 years of related infrastructure experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. • Atleast 7+ years of experience in IAM or related technology with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good experience in working on vast active directory environment consisting on multi forest and DMZ domains
• Excellent knowledge in server health check and performance monitoring
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to drive incidents in proper direction for resolution
• Very Good experience in leveraging various tools in troubleshooting authentication\authorization\replication and sync issues
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting with ability to develop automation scripts to support operational requirements
• Very Good Networking \ Windows \ virtualization knowledge and ability to quickly troubleshoot issues
• Knowledge in Azure Active Directory \ Azure AD Connect preferred
