Position Analyst / Senior Analyst – Occupier Consulting Group 

As part of the OCG function, your key focus will be business growth activities
through long term Real estate solutioning. This will include but not be restricted to
developing financial models and decision-making tools for key clients of the firm.
You will also present your financial decision / solution in a simplified visual and
structured business case.

Job Detail
• You will be working with the premier pitching and client solution development team at
Colliers India
• As part of the role, you will develop the skills to understand client brief’s and develop a
time-bound work-plan to solution the requirement
• You will use your existing knowledge and our platform to prepare pitch materials and
client solutions, accompany the Client Lead on meetings with initial focus on meeting
documentation and co-ordination with the client team as required
• You will be good at secondary research into a potential client’s business operations,
industry trajectories and India commercial space plans, Analyze and develop industry
macro overviews and outlooks to guide the client’s business decisions
• You will have the opportunity to develop and effectively communicate quality primary
analyses on client-specific challenges which will enable the client and their internal teams
to make better decisions
• You will put together the final client deliverables such as cash flow analysis, dashboards,
portfolio assessments, etc., while incorporating guidance from your Manager
• You will assist in new client development through preparation of internal client briefs,
team capability documents and other collaterals
• Being part of the platform team, you will be in a unique position to develop working
relationships across other verticals in the Colliers’ ecosystem with city commercial/office
transaction teams and working with them to collect inputs for the analysis/solution
