An ideal candidate will possess :
- A deep understanding of risk challenges, translating these into consequences for the business and coming up with proposal of solutions.
- A deep understanding of quantitative techniques for the measurement of risk.
- A strict respect of regulation, compliance and confidentiality. Eagerness to look constantly for information regarding regulations, standards, governance and law.
- Ability to make the appropriate decisions and adequate proposals
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to build and sustain relationships within the company.
- Able to work within tight deadlines.
