Relationship Manager

Prospecting – Maintain active list of prospects and keep strong engagement to convert
them to client.
 Client Management – Ensuring high level of engagement and services to the client driven
by relationship approach to build trust relation based.
 Client Advisory & Reviews – Drive strong understanding of client needs to ensure
creating the right proposal for the client in consultation with the Ideation & Advisory
Team. Also drive periodic reviews to ensure that there is delivery of solution driven by
client need.

 Maintain high level of Client Centricity and drive advisory driven by strong ethos and
principles of the organization.
 Maintain High Level of Client Service by driving proper coordination between client and
operation & service team.
 Keep abreast with market developments and events to ensure that risk management is
done to limit clients from suffering losses due to risks by ensuring timely action.
