About this role

The Onboarding Portfolio Data team is part of the wider Client Experience Onboarding function, our primary responsibility is to support the creation and ongoing maintenance of client portfolios and BlackRock products across Aladdin applications within a multifaceted and fast paced environment. The team plays an active and transparent role to support many internal partners with the key objective to maintain high levels of portfolio data integrity & ongoing governance, the data we handle is consumed downstream by many teams for both internal and external purposes.

We are seeking a hardworking, results-oriented learner, with strong work ethics who can adapt to a fast-paced group in a wide-ranging and consistently evolving environment. You will be able to demonstrate initiative with a dedication to succeed both as an individual and as a team player with excellent prioritization skills.

Day to day responsibilities include:
  • Partner with colleagues across the business to ensure new BlackRock products & client mandates are accurately created, maintained, and terminated within Aladdin
  • Build strong stakeholder's relationships across the organization by listening carefully to our key internal partners
  • Identify improvement opportunities that lower the risk of errors and increase efficiency
  • Ensure data accuracy & timely implementations are completed in-line with agreed delivery dates
  • Drive robust data oversight & governance
  • Sharing knowledge and expertise to support firm wide projects & regulatory data governance


Experience:
  • 3-5 years asset management experience, with working knowledge of investment and servicing functions
  • SQL experience desirable
  • Organized and detail oriented with strong time management skills
  • Exposure to a global team structure preferred
  • Good communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Experience with business applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
