About this role;

The Product Expert Data team is seeking to hire a technical specialist to accelerate the user experience and support model of a fast-growing business. The person will be a member of the Product Expert team within Aladdin Client Service working closely with the broader business to solve complex technical inquiry and partner with other product teams to help shape product development. The team covers Aladdin's suite of data tools known as Aladdin Studio.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Own complex Aladdin user inquiry leveraging technical knowledge to determine root cause and steps to resolve
  • Assist junior members of the team with complex inquiry on Aladdin products
  • Work with key stakeholder across the Aladdin business to deliver against product specific, high impact projects
  • Analyze client inquiry trends using data and user feedback and implement solutions to achieve inquiry reduction
  • Identify functional gaps and areas of strategic enhancement from a product perspective
  • Work with partner teams to implement the solutions toward inquiry reduction
  • Work closely with other business units to prepare the Level 1 Aladdin Client Service team for product changes and releases
  • Drive support initiatives by engaging regularly with development teams
  • Work with product teams to ensure service impact is considered in all relevant PDLC
  • Assist partner teams as a product subject matter expert


Requirement/Experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high self-assurance, positive attitude, and drive
  • 3+ years in a client or vendor facing role
  • In-depth technical understanding and knowledge of data interfacing using various methods
  • Experience working with datasets using SQL
  • Proven track record in project delivery and implementation
  • Exceptional communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Technically proficient, experience of diagnosing root cause and ability to problem solve
  • Ability to manage multiple incidents on a varying level of priority
