About Motherson Group’s Treasury function
Motherson’s Group Treasury team focuses on optimization treasury activities in Group’s different businesses verticals (200+ subsidiaries in 41 geographies) across areas such as funding, financial risk management (FX, interest rate and commodities), working capital & liquidity, supply chain finance and banking relationships.
The Global Treasury delivers value by forming strategies for treasury activities and ensuring that they are implemented across subsidiaries. It ensures that treasury policies, processes and guidelines are adhered at each subsidiary.
Motherson’s Global Treasury is expanding its team and is looking for a candidate with Debt / Funding experience. The ideal candidate will be working on the below mentioned areas:
Responsible for managing group debt including finalisation & negotiation of different loan agreements such as International Bonds, RCF, Working capital loans, NCD, term loans (Local currency / Foreign currency etc)
Liaison with banks and Group’s subsidiary to set-up banking limits
Support in various fund-raising activities of Group across different geographies
Manage global debt operations with respect to global debt servicing and compliance
Standardize all loan documents globally to agreed Motherson standard
End to end compliance of treasury transactions for internal and external (such as RBI, SEBI, Debenture trustees, auditors etc) stakeholders
Prepare and maintain various Treasury MIS dashboards
Assist in initiating supply chain finance program at various subsidiaries for payable, receivables, inventory
Working on opportunities for parking short term cash surpluses across the group and maximizing returns
Desired experience: 4 to 6 years
Salary budget: INR 18 – 22 lakhs
Ideal candidate would have worked in corporate treasury department handling different debt transactions
Qualification: MBA / CA; CFA/ FRM would be added advantage.
Knowledge of treasury platforms such as Bloomberg / Reuters will be preferred
Knowledge of TMS and analytics tools such as PowerBI, Altyrex, Tableau etc will be preferred
