Overview

• Responsible for all recruiting activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent.
• Managing the business stakeholders.
• Demonstrate understanding of the line of business and staffing needs to proactively offer solutions, consult with managers on hiring process, candidate pool.
• Play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and refining the recruitment strategies
• Utilize market research to formulate targets and drive sourcing activities in getting best and passive talents
• Ensure that Organization is positioned to attract, source and recruit the best talent, both internally and externally. Develop and leverage a network of recommendations
• Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Create high-impact interviewing guides and candidate experiences
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to gauge talent trends and create a competitive advantage
• Engage effectively with candidates post offer in order to increase the onboarding ratio
• Come up with innovative ideas to enhance candidate experience and also hiring manager experience by effective engagements with Line of business
• Provide Market insights on hiring trends, talent mapping and innovative recruitment solutions.

To Land This Gig You'll Need:

• At least 7 - 10 years of experience of full-cycle recruiting with large Product / Fintech or Product tech Organizations .
• Strong experience in sourcing techniques and partnering with business.
• Experience in working in ATS like Oracle HCM will be an advantage
• Proven expertise in market intelligence and work as go getter.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
