What You'll Do

You will be responsible for campus strategy and planning for the region, working closely with key business sponsors and our regional recruiting lead to determine annual campus hiring demand.

In this role, you will develop innovative and creative ways to attract highly motivated and diverse candidates for entry level roles. You will also act as an internal subject matter expert on current student hiring landscape, regularly providing insights on external market trends and competitor activity. You will manage the end to end processes of planning, coordinating and executing campus recruiting events including career fairs, skills sessions, insight events and presentations while working with campus ambassadors, business sponsors and wider recruiting team to ensure appropriate participation at all campus events. Acting as a "brand ambassador" to build and enhance awareness of BNY with target audience, you will maintain year-round presence on campus at target institutions.

You will be in charge of internship programs including briefing hiring managers and interns. You will facilitate the end of program review and offer process. You will also support the campus first round interview process including facilitating resume review/candidate selection and lead ongoing management of candidate pipeline and data using existing tools and systems while keeping key stakeholders informed. Additionally, you will serve as contact/counselor for candidates throughout the attraction, interview and offer stages, ensuring each interviewed candidate receives individualized attention and interaction throughout the recruiting process.

You will manage and maintain campus recruiting budgets to ensure that costs are in line and appropriate. You will also be responsible for reporting and KPIs, regularly tracking and reporting on campus/high school activity and measuring ROI. You will analyze and disseminate relevant recruiting results as key input to recruiting strategy decisions and conduct annual, end of season reviews with business stakeholders, ensuring communication of results/hiring statistics, successes and challenges with a focus on continual improvement.

Who You'll Work With

You will be based in our Pune or Chennai office as a member of our in-house India recruiting team which is responsible for the recruitment of firm support professionals to our Indian offices.

You'll work and build relationships with universities and external partners as well as hiring managers and local, regional and global recruiting teams. You will work collaboratively with the global campus recruiting manager and other regional campus recruiters to develop and implement new early careers processes and initiatives to ensure global consistency and coordination. You will also develop strategic partnerships with educational institutions (including faculties, careers services and student and alumni associations) to best leverage BNY's presence on campus and create a pipeline of diverse talent.

Additionally, you will also collaborate with diversity networks, both internal and external, to ensure a diverse pipeline of candidates as well as working with the Diversity & Inclusion recruiting lead to ensure that diversity strategy is embedded into local campus recruiting strategies.
