Managing existing clients and on-boarding prospects
1. Understand the Risk profiler of the client and create Investment policy statement (IPS)
2. Co-ordinate with the Investment Committee and build the detailed Investment Plan
3. Draw references from IPS and assist in building the Asset Allocation and deployment
4. Assist in performing the portfolio audit of all the prospects and preparing a quick
summary presentation

Tracking Deployment and Reconciliation
5. Basis the deployment strategy – coordinate with the operations team for execution
6. Post execution – perform client specific reconciliation
7. Tracking the third party investments made by clients, seeking reports etc for analysis
8. Checking internal software/reporting system for periodic accuracy
9. Co-ordination with clients for all periodic bank statements and other statements and
inform the product/research team

Reviews and presentation
10. Preparing periodic monthly short summary of client portfolios
11. Preparing detailed quarterly review covering asset allocation and future strategy

Ad-hocs and Others
12. Act as a first point of contact for all the queries related to client
13. Record all the queries and keep a track of deliverables
14. Co-ordinator for all the channel partner/cross vertical tasks: Tax filing/CA, Real estate,
15. Co-ordination with custody team and ensure smooth execution of transactions
16. Reporting/MIS, Reconciliation of the transaction data – NSE, AMC statements, D-mat

Other Requirements:
17. Candidate should keep oneself updated on the latest developments in financial space,
also should have advance excel skills & Written/Spoken English.
