We Offer
IM APAC Operations Lead

  • Deliver and co-ordinate all operational and process requests for the IM APAC COO Team
  • Prepare reporting (client reporting, investment reporting, management reporting, risk reporting)
  • Gather data and carry out performance analysis (absolute, relative, attribution, contribution), risk monitoring (credit, liquidity, market, concentration, country, etc.)
  • Develop, test and roll-out a formalized and documented process (SOP) and deliverable (template) starting from a high level request
  • Manage book of work with scheduled deliverables on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Oversee, organize and distribute work among team members to get the best of each team member's skills. Ensure deliverables and deadlines are met
  • Champion and co-ordinate all audit and operational requests and procedures for the Investment Management team.
  • Support Control functions and manage the business continuity plans for the APAC IM operations.
  • Closely collaborate with Investment Management COO team in Singapore & Hong Kong
  • Onboarding and training junior team members


You Offer
  • Master degree in Business Administration & Finance. Professional qualification such as CA/CFA/FRM will be added advantage
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in operations and managing projects
  • Experience in leading a team and ability to drive performance of team at the highest level of quality, reliability and timeliness
  • Identifying operational improvements (automation, quality increase, simplification)
  • Ability to deal with ad hoc, unscheduled requests of different complexity
  • Critical thinking and creative problem solving skills with an ability to learn across fields, with a high sense of responsibility
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with teams globally
