The Asset Stewardship team is responsible for developing and implementing the firm's proxy voting and engagement guidelines, managing issuer engagement, and undertaking research and analysis of governance and sustainability related issues. Our approach to stewardship is designed to have an impact through thought leadership, engagement, proxy voting and client disclosure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining asset stewardship data and content like periodic newsletter, climate report and bespoke client reports
• Assist in the population and review of RFI/RFP investment responses
• Provide technical expertise towards enhancement of stewardship platform and processes
• Asset senior team members in their day to day tasks
• The role can expand over the time to incorporate broader responsibilities Requirements:
• Post Graduate, preferably an MBA in Finance from a reputed institute
• 2-4 years investment experience preferably in corporate governance domain as data analyst or researcher
• Strong written communication skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to execute independently and also maintain strong team orientation
• CFA designation or pursuing CFA would be plus
