We Offer
Highly visible and dynamic role as part of the Credit Suisse CRO Change Department and more specifically within the Change Enterprise and Operational Risk Management (EORM) team, reporting to the EORM MRM Program Manager (senior Director)
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of the improved Model Governance System and deliver a strategic MRM reporting solution to meet the requirements of FRB's supervisory mentorship on Model Risk Management SR11-7.
We Offer

  • Implement necessary controls and reports to effectively handle the project and report status to Sponsor and other senior management
  • Providing updates to partners and Regulators
  • Management of a team of 3 consultants based in India as well a matrix team of suppliers across divisions, to deliver projects within the necessary timelines.
  • Act as a liaison between the technical and the business teams to facilitate the production of clear business and functional requirements


You Offer

  • You will have a solid experience (~ 10 years) in the Financial Services Industry (preferably in Investment Banking or Risk).
  • You have deep understanding of Market Risk concepts, calculations and prevalent regulatory guidelines like Basel, CCAR, BSBS 239 etc.
  • Role would suit a strong analyst and would require good experience in financial markets and Risk management experience.
  • You have prior VAR/ ERC related experience
  • You are a Graduate/ Post-Graduate in Finance/ Statistics/ Economics/ Sciences/ Mathematics and completed/ pursuing taking the CFA or FRM qualifications would be desirable.
  • You are able to work independently, and raise issues appropriately.
  • You have strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • You have strong control mindset and analytical skills.
  • You have the ability to deeply understand concepts and breakdown problems.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with internal clients globally.
  • The Knowledge of Prince 2 / PMP, understanding of Project Lifecycle Process and ability to facilitate initiation and scoping phases of the project. Experience in Agile project management will be a plus.
  • You will be educated to Degree level, familiar with investment and/or private banking products
  • You have strong partner management and communication skills and you are able to work with people at different levels in the organization
  • You are able to work independently and flexibly in rapidly changing environment, handle several priorities and meet deadlines
  • You have budget management experience
  • You have proficiency in MS Office apps, i.e Excel / PowerPoint / MS Project
